Ben Dornan – Producer/Production Manager/Director:

After many years in Bristol and London – first studying at the prestigious London College of Printing film school and then working as researcher and PA in documentaries for independent production companies and the BBC – Ben jumped at an opportunity to come to Spain to produce an educational video project for publisher Pearson Longman. “Spain is different” as the slogan goes and he decided to stay and make Madrid his new home. In the last four years Ben has worked for international broadcasters such as PBS, Discovery Channel, History Television, MTV, ITV; on commercial shoots for clients such as Mercedes, Ford, Heineken and RedBull; and on corporate projects for companies such as British Council, Telefonica-O2 and TetraPak.

Ben’s work has taken him all the way across the Spanish peninsula and islands, through Europa and across to North America. While he currently produces, co-ordinates and production manages television projects, corporate films and and commercials, Ben is particularly interested developing projects utilizing new media technology and exploiting the power of the internet and the viral video phenomenon.
